Get home safe initiative

Ok, so at Rhodes, there's the "Get Home Safe" initiative that was started by the Dean of Students Division and it seems to be going relatively well.
For our CMP project, one of the prominent problems which residents spoke about was the lack of safety for the people who walk out of the taverns alone (especially girls and young women).
So we want to encourage the community (especially the older kids and maybe the tavern owners) to start an initiative which would help people to get home safe. Perhaps walking in groups, getting a car, taxi, etc which would be willing to take people home and prevent unsavoury things from happening to people on their way home in the dark.

So in that regard, we'll be handing out pamphlets as a challenge to residents TO MAKE THEIR COMMUNITIES SAFER @ NIGHT!
